Surprisingly, you seem to have missed the Chumash published by Merkos-Kehot Publication Society.
It is available in a five set edition and in a synagogue edition.

You are right. I had not heard of this Chumash. I knew about the Gutnick edition, but was not familiar with this edition from Merkos-Kehot. Thank you for bringing it to my attention.
